A Refresher Course in Wireless Telegraphy practical and telegraphy) will be commenced at the Govern ment Wireless School, 1st Floor, GP.O., about the middle of September next, for existing holders. of "Special A." Certificates wishing to qualify for the 2nd Class (Restricted) Certificates. The course is expected to lastabout two months, and will be limited to twelve candidates.
