In an examination of Germany's future naval position an- der the Anglo-German Naval understanding,
which reflects the 'official view, the "Voelkischer estimates the total strength of the future, German Navy at 421 thousand tons and calcu- lates that Germany will be entitled to 183,750 tons of battleship of which she already possesses three 10.000 tons pocket battle- ships of the Emden type.
