TRICK CYCLISTS-

The traffic problem of Hong Kong has always been the subject of much discussion and although the Department concerned is al- ways on the alert. as it were, and are quite sympathetic to any sug- gestion that may be advanced, with the view to minimising accidents. there is one very glaring deficiency which, if. corrected, would make things more pleasant, not only for motorists, but also for pedestrians as well. We refer to the section of the community more commonly known as trick cyclists." and it may be said without any exaggera- tion that those cyclists are a con-. stant source of danger to the com- munity in general. It may not be know that these cyclists are; most of them, inerely beginners and the danger of learning how to ride a
