Germans Agree To Arbitration
Berlin, May 8, The German Government has agreed to arbitration in the dis- pute with Switzerland over the Jacobs case, in which a man and his wife charge that they were enticed into German territory, ard reated and 1-treated without rea- son or excuse.
It is learned that the arbitra- tion tribunal will be composed of a Swiss, a'German and three neu- tral judges. But some time la
