Shanghai, April -10. According to a decision reached at a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Chinese Bankers Association yesterday, internation- al money orders are to be accepted and cashed in accordance with an exchange rate to be fixed by the Central Bank of China. This is taken as a further step for the re- lief of local commercial and In- dustrial enterprises.
