Budapest, March 29. That the French and Italan governments have reached a com plete agreement on the question of the restoration of the Hapsburg. monarchy is the claim made by the the Parts correspor, dent of nationalist newspaper. "Magyarsag" which states that the Italian Secretary of State. Suvich, who according to the paper is one of the most determined advocates of the restoration, succeeded in the Paris conference last Saturday in winning over M. Laval to his standpoint.

The two statesmen are said to have decided to inform the Little Entente. that the Hapsburg restoration constituted the sole means of preventing the spread of "anschluss" and that the Little Entente must either conform 232
