Edinburgh, Feb." 21. The office of the Secretary of State for Scotland in Drumsheugh Gardens, Edinburgh, was officially opened by Sir Godfrey Collins, who

was accompanied by Sir John Jeffrey, Permanent Under- Secretary, and Mr. D. Milne, who is in charge of the office.
