Decrease In Profits

A profit of $680,648,93, decrease of approximately 15 per cent, as compared with that of the previous year, was reported at the annual general metting of the Dairy Farm, Ice and Cold Storage Co., Ltd., held at the Company's offices yesterday.

The Chairman said: - Before proceeding with the business the lamented death, since our last Annual General Meeting, of Mr. J. P. Warren. Mr.. Warren. VAS 1 director of this Company for 10 years, joining the Board in 1924. His presence on the Direc- torate will be greatly missed.

The profit on working account for the year ended 31st December last, amounts to $680,848.93' which is $126,938.48 less than was shown last year, a reduction of approxi mately 15 per cent. Although the existing economie
