To Be Controlled And Improved
Nanking, March 7.
A programme for the control of the country's silk industry has been drawn up by the Sericulture under Improvement Committee
the National Economic Council.
It is provided that the Commit- tee shall dispatch trained men to the silkworm-rearing villages to direct the farmers in the use of improved silkworn eggs.

Indiscriminate purchase of silk- worm cocdbris by the silk filatures will be restricted. A fixed price will be determined for the cocoons.
