Navy Celebration Of Jubilee

London, Feb. 16, Arrangements are now ', being completed for the Naval Review at Spithead on July 16 In celebration of the Sliver Jubilee.

It will be the most imposing spectacle of its kind for 1 years, with ships of the Home and Medi- ̈ terranean Fleets participating.

The Naval forces "on parade before the King are likely to com- prise:
