A Naval and Military Review in the morning, a Church ser- vice and a public meeting during the day in the course, of and at which loyal resolutions should be passed, a Garden Party at Government House, and the illumination of the whole city of Victoria and Kowloon at night, are some of the proposed features of the celebration of the Silver Jubilee Committee which met on- Monday last to discuss Hong Kong's programme for May 6.
