Fight Occurs In Third

Division Game

The Interport Trial yesterday produced football of a high standard at times and certainly gave the Interport Selection Committee some guiding facts. The Chinese forwards playing fon- the Whites were disappointing, possibly due to their encounter In the match against the Polled the previous day. The Whites lost by four goals.

South China “B” returned to winning form by beating the Fusiliers by five goals to three on Saturday. The Falfce-

Football had its share of thrils

South China “A” match produced plenty in the matter of good,> exciting and exhilarating football, South China was certainly lucky to have shared the points as from the run of the play the Police deserved the pointi

South China "B" was completely surprised by the Gunners who put up such a creditable display that there was no doubt as to their superiority over the Chinese,

The Saints played a fine game to defeat E. Lane by the odd goal in three although without the services of Ward. The Club accounted for the Athletic by the odd goal in three and Kow- loon and Fusiliers shared four goals between them,

A most disgraceful scene was witnessed in the third division encounter between the RAF. and the Radio in which the game was abandoned ten minutes before the end. Following a fight between Tavares and Eyerson whom, the refered ordered off the field, the Radio players set tipon Everson and all that the aviator. could do was to run away to be eventually overhauled and given, a good beating. Despite the referee's endeavours the game had to be stopped, s
