The spirit in which the whole German people approaches the his toric event in the Saar plebiscitë on Sunday next an occurence- felt" to be pregnant with significance for the future of all Europe, was depicted on Wednesday night by the regional leader, "Burckel, Hit ler's deputy in the Saar territory in an exhaustive pronouncement to representatives of the German and Foreign Press.
