the House of Lords last night when he attacked the Lord Chun- cellor on the Supreme Court Judi- cature "Amendment Bill, which pro vides for an additional two judges for the King's Bench Division and for the appointment of a Vice- President of the Court of Appeal from the existing Lords Justices without regard to their seniority.
