A slightly lower market in cotton" is expected, although the "Spot" situation is tending to strengthen and pressure seems light.

Wheat is anticipated to open steadler in sympathy with Liver pool, owing to unfavourable weather conditions in Australia and the Argentine... The corn-belt Is cold enough to stimulate demand for seed. There have been further snows in the south-west; where moisture is needed.

Rubber is expected to open higher.
