The TEEMS-CASH ON DELIVERY. Empress of France is a turbine steamer of 18,452 tons groas, and was built in 1913, as the Alsatian by Messrs. Wm. Beardmore, at Glasgow. She has been laid up in the Clyde shoe September, 1931.
