At The King's

For the first time lo her screen career, Sylvia Sidney, is playing, a dund role in a motion picture. It's her latest starring Alm for Para- mount, "Thirty-Day Princess," coming, on Wednesday to the King's Theatre.

Cary Grant is her "tall, dark and handsome" leading MILE, while Edward Arnold, Vince Barnett, Lucien Littlefield and Edgar Norton bring up the sup- porting cast. The film was pro- duced by B. P. Schulberg, directed by Marion Gering from original magazine story by Clarence Budington Kelland.

Preston Sturges, noted Broad- way playwright. working with Frank Parots is responsible for the screen play, with the adapta tion and dialogue being written by Sam Hellman, humourist and short writer, and Edwin Justus Mayer.

Miss Sidney, as the princess of Taronla, is brought to this coun- try by Greshamn, an international banker, to ballyhoo a bond issue of her country, being sold to the American public. Cary Grant, a newspaper publisher, is an avowed enemy of Gresham suspects his

motives, seeks to overthrow his sales campaign by exposing the scheme.
