Marseilles Waiter Gives Important Testimony

Paris, Oct. 12.

A young Yugoslavian known, 18 Nalls allas Kramer and who was

seen in the Marseilles murderer's company at Aix-en-Provence on the day preceding the outrage, is now belleved to be the master mind who organised the dastardiş, crime.

All facts so far unearthed by the Police investigation appear

point to Nalls having complicity and his having supervised and carried out the horrible deed,

Thursday in the town of Anne- masse, five miles from the Swiss frontler, had confessed to having co-operated with Kalemen and had even been commissioned to make a

second attempt on the King's life should the first attempt at Marseilles fall, it is now stated officially that the two arrested

men merely admitted having been acquainted with Kalemen but dented any direct or indirect com- pllcity in the outrage.

The two suspects, whose pass- parts give the names of Benesh and Novak and who are known to have met Kalemen in Park last

week, are still being questioned at Annemasse' but will be brought to Paris in the course of Friday- Transocean Kuo Min.
