Two New Records By Cubs Established Diving

The annual swimming sports of the Hong Kong Boys Scouts Asso- ciation was held On Saturday afternoon at the Victoria Recrea- tion Club before a very large ga- thering of spectators, when the 1st. Kowloon, St. Andrew's Troop car ried off the grand aggregate II: ter-Troop Competition for the Bird Challenge Cup by recording 18 polats.

Two new records were establish- ed in the Cub races, R. Sanchez of the 2nd Hong Kong Troop co- vering the 25 Yards in the Senior Cuba sprint in 18.-3.5 secs to break the old record of A. McCub- bin, established in 1924.

The other record was made in the Wolf Cub Inter-Pack Relay when the 2nd Hong Kong Pack broke the old record made by the 6th Talkoo Pack in 1924 by 4.-3.5 secs.

The Diving in all three divisions was very good and particularly that of N. Lee the winner of the Senior Scouts Championship whe hag the makings of a Colony Champion.
