Kaye Don's counsel pointed out that the appeal was against both the verdict and the sentence.
Hearing was adjourned until to-morrow, ball being continued. Reuter,
Kaye Don was found guilty of manslaughter. In connection with the death of his mechanic, Fran- cis Tayler, who succumbed to his injuries when the car which the famous motorist was driving col- lided with a taxi, ran into a hedge and overturned.
