On the return of the Carlisle Commander (E. W. H. Taylor- Young concludes his service as engineer officer of the ship, lo which he has served for two and a half years. With effect from to-morrow he is succeeded by Eng ineer Commander F. B. Secretan. late of the sister ship Calypso, in reserve at Devonport. The new engineer-officer was, promoted in. ACCIDENTAL DEATH
London, Sept. 25. A verdict of accidental death was returned at an inquest to-day on the Marquess of Waterford, aged 33, who was this morning found fatally shot in a room at his house in County Waterford where he had gone to get a sport- ing gun to shoot & hare he had seen on the lawn- British Wireless.
