Made Against Land Bailiff
A charge of assault without any justifiable cause against Will- liam Gordon Houtley, described as Land Ballift of the Public Works Department formed the subject of a hearing at the Kowloon Magistracy before Mr. Lee yesterday, when the defendant pleaded not gulity.
Mr. Peter H. Sin appeared for the prosecution, who allego that the defendant assaulted Lam Yuet-Fong, married woman of No. 16 Po Kong Village, Kowloon City, by throwing a stone at her causing injuries to her right leg.
