The death occurred at the Kow- loon Hospital last night of Flying Oficer W. G. Murphy, RA‚F.. Ád- jutant to the Royal Air Force a Kai Tak, who succumbed to two gunshot wounds in the left breast at 9.40 p.m.

Flying Officer Murphy who has only been in the Colony for the last five months was transferred

from the Air Force Base at Singa- pore and was a very popular mem- ber of the Air Force contingent in the Colony
