Singles Championship
Three matches in the Singles Championship were played at Happy Valley yesterday and re- sulted in, A. E. Costes, A, H. Basto and L. A. Gutierres winning from W V. Fields, A. MacFarlane and J. J. Basto by the scores of 21-13, 21 17 and 21-8 respectively.

On the Cralgengower green Basto*was no match for Gutierrez. Gutierrez had "everything his own way and at the 18th head the match came to an end with the score of 21-8. in Gutierrez's favour.
In the pairs competition J.. Noronha and B! Basto beat Hollands and Gregory in the 21st head, the scores being 19-12.
