The abrogation of the "gold clause" has injured, of course, any creditor who wished to buy gold with repaid money. According to a Police report inst night, a girl of murteen was fatal- ly injured in a motor accident
which occurred at 5 pm, yesterday near the Yaumati Railway station.
The driver of lorry 1201, in mak- ing his report to the authorities stated that he was driving along
the road when a little child ap- peared in front of the lorry. To sharply to the left and ran into avoid the child, the driver 'swerved
