Cotton:-There was some early selling on clear weather and on lower Liverpool advices. Specula- -tive buying was smaller, but there. was some trade with Far-Eastern interests. Continental Europe bought on the scale down.

Silver: An undisclosed principal continued buying until noon, when

hids were withdrawn. From then

to the close, there was practically ho trading.

Slivers-Erratic. The volume of business was small.

Rabber-Prices were lower on profit-taking. Our opinion of the market is unchanged.

Wheat:-Prices were lower on liquidation and on stop-loss sales, which caused # decline. The technical position of the market has improved and purchases are recommended on

any further eastness.

Opening indications, pointed to some easiness in the market but a steadier tone developed later.
