CHAPTER OF ACCIDENTS

IN MOTOR RACE

Two Italian Drivers

Killed

Yesterday's cable news recorded serious happenings in Europe. the most alarming incident being the round-Italy motor race mishap in which two Italian drivers were killed and two British drivers were injured. A description of this race will be found in our Motor Jottings on page 2.

A devastating heath and forest fire at Aldershot, a motor coach fire disaster in France where thirteen persons perished, a daring attack by a racing cyclist on British constables at Sussex Downs, in which one officer,, was seriously wounded by a revolver shot, are other laks in a chain of calamities.
