After the speeches had been delivered by the Chaleinan, Mr. Lau Ping Taal, His Excellency and the Hon. Sir Shou-son Chow, a group photograph was taken. The large gathering then inspect- ed the new building.

It was announced by the Hon. Dr., Kotewall that two of the big wards in the hospital had heën named after Mr. E.. R. Halli- fax and the Hon. Mr. A. E. Wood, two former Secretaries for Chinese Affairs, as a mark of appreciation of the keen interest they had taken in the Hospital.
