Use one-third fresh or canned pine apple juice to one-third lemon juice, to one-third ginger Pour over cracked ice and

FRUTT PUNCH

i cup orange juice

1 cup raspberry juice.

cup lemon juice

5 tbsp sugar

Blend above Ingredients thor- oughly and garnish each glass With lemon curl.

SPICED ICED TEA

6 cups cold tea.

Juice of 6 lemons

1 cup sugar

1 tsp. ground ginger and

ground cloves.

Mix well, add cracked ice and sarpish each glass with a mara- schine cherry spiked with cloves.

ORANGE CREAM

1 egg yolk

cup orange juice

cup thin cream

Beat egy yolk until light, add

orange juice and blend. Pour in- to glass and add cream. Sweeten to taste. Serve at once. (Serves але.)

GRAPEFRUIT PUNCH

3 cups grapefruit juice

One would expect that the Due de Chevrense, son-in-law of the great Colbert, whose sole we know so well, would be a gourment, and. from the garnish to which ha has given his name. we and he WES This consists of artichoke bottoms Alled with mushroom. puree, and decorated with a slice of truffle, the accompaniment beling noisette potatoes.

He has a clear soup--a chicken consomme garnished with large chicken kuenelles, stuffed with a puree of asparagus and julienne strips of truffle. The thick soup is a creme made with chicken veloute. bound with egg or cream, and garnished with semolina and a julienne of trufies and chicken meat.

In the fish course, the Duc has only given his name to a dish of lobster, a most elegant cold dish of slices of lobster, glazed with jelly and arranged in the empty lobster shell alternately with fine slices of truffle. Asparagus, tips. lend their charm to the dish. which is decorated with shapes of the dish, which is decorated with shapes of the Jelly. A mayonnaise sauce is handed with
