The A. O. F. Corp. has received the following report form their New York correspondentar E A. Pierce & Co. The rally was naturally re- sponsible for a substantial change in trading sentiment. There was probab- ly quite little short-covering. However, there is said to have been con- miderable long-buying in the past few days on the theory that perhaps the recent decline had been fully discounted by the existing business situation. Wheat: Nervous. There was an early easiness due to changing weather conditions in the North-West, but prices recovered on further crop damage reports.

Cotton: There was an improved demand, induced principally by silver developments. Considerable long selling and moderate Souther selling was well taken.

Silver: There was higher opening on strength in London. Prices loss about one-third of their gains on selling by the Trade... Commission- house buying came from scattered sources.

Business Done: 1,200,000 ahares.
