And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at the Supreme Court on Thursday, the 7th day of June, 1934 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon and any creditor or contributory of the Baid Company desirous to supporting or opposing the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing by himself or hig counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge für the same.

Canton, May 9. With the completion of the first sugar refinery at Sun Cho, 15 miles east of Canton down the Pearl River, refined sugar will be pro- duced early next month at the rate of 50 pleuls a day.
Sugar cane' is growni in that vicinity, which will be used as raw material. To encourage farmers to grow more sugar cane, the Bureau of Agriculture of the Department of Reconstruction, is prepared to grant a loan of $300,000 to the farmers in order to help them in for working this work
