Such a child Was Dow given a form containing an ex-` tract from the original reglater, TMS-CASH ON DELIVERY, proclaiming to the world what its pedigree happened to be.
This, in his view, was quite un- necessary and undigriided, and his object was to see that in future no child should be caused unnec- essary suffering in this way.
The main object of the bill therefore, was to provide for the births where there had been le- re-registration on demand of all
