Commodity Index Asia Lands, Limited, has received the following report from ther New York-correspondents, E. A. Fierce & Co. The afternoon rally was due té the Administration's move to avert the Motor Strike; However, we doubt that the fundamental situation has changed vitally and we do not feel that the rally can carry much further without additional reassuring news.

Wheat: A weak securities market and the announcement of a Whent Code which the Trade feare will further curtail trade, on account of mar gina required, caused a decline. Prices later rallied with the Stock market and on shorts.covering.

Cotton: The market is without any definite trend and is fluctuating in sympathy with news of varying import.

Silver: Predictions contained in Washington press reports that zomer kind of silver legislation would be passed by both branches of Congress by the end of the Session have made a favourable impression and the sentiment of the market is constructive..
