Some of such registered share holders have not paid the call, and the Company has notified those of such registered holders who are also the registered holders of fully paid shares that, unless payment of such call together with interest thereen is paid to the Company on or before the 28th day of MARCH, 1934, the Directors will, in addition to their other remedies, take steps to obtaia payment by selling auch fully paid shares in accordance with the powers conferred on the Company by its Articles.

CLUB

Concert And Distribu- tion Of Prizes.

A large gathering, was present at the Kowloon Cricket "Club 'on Saturday night, when the Annual Prize Distribution took place, Mrs. R. E. Lindsell, wife of the Pulsne Judge.

The concert rendered during the evening was one of the best heard and seen at the Club since its in- ception. Mr. W. A, Simpson en- tertained with planforte solos, Mr. Pat with humourous songs, Mrs. Luba Shaftain and Mise Dunne with violin Solos, Mr. W, H. Balley with songs and Messrs. Leslie Ross and C..B. Hoskins with hu mourous monologues and inter- ludes.

At the conclusion of the pro- gramme. Hon. Mr. Justice R. E Lindsell, expressed his appreciation to the artists in what he termed "the finest concert heard at the Club."
