Stirring Story At The

Alhambra

"I am a Fugitive from a Chain Gang," a Warner Bros. pleture starring Paul Muni; which is show- ing at the Alhambra is a strikingly picturesque and realistic picturiz- ation of a well-bred man's experi "ences as a convict in a chain gang, with all the attendant thrills" of two escapes, in which the prisoner is pursued by armed posses and bloodhounds.

Not only is it said to carry more thrilling and sensational episodes than most screen dramas, but it presents a triple romance of stran ge and glamorous loves. The picture is based on the novel, by Robert E. Burns which caused so -much comment recently, because
