"Asia" Landa; Limited, has received the following report from their New York Correspondents, E. A. Pierce & Co. The heaviness indicated a te porary lack of leadership and the absence of aggressive buying. The President of Consolidated Gas told the shareholders that utilities were lagging behind because of pressure for lower ratek.
Wheat: Extremely dull. There were light snows in the South-West. The domestic statistica are moderately ballich.
Costons Sentiment was more two-sided, many operators evidently preferring the sidelines and are watching developments. Spinner buying improved moderately towards the close.
Silver: Despite some long realising the market was strong until near the close on a perdistent belief that the Administration will take favourable action as regards silver. Business Done: 2,350,000 shares,
