financing the coming year's cam- paign against unemployment, the Government hoped in the current year to put two out of three and three-quarters millions unemployed back into jobs.

Aria Landa, Limited, bas received the following report from their New York correspondents, E A. Pierce & Co. The rally this afternoon was se s result of the lifting of pressure from aviation and alcohol issues. The market continues to act weil and, while it may be quiet for a while, we see no reason at present to anticipate a recurrence of last week's heavy selling.

Wheat: Pressure was light on continued dry weather. The European political situation needs watching,

Cotton: The market showed remarkable absorbtive powers. Liver- pool, Continental and domestic long interests sold beavily, but offerings were well taken.

Silver: The market opened very firm, largely because of strength in London. The lattor was credyted with speculative buying, there being reports on this wide that further administration sction on silver was con- templated.

Consolidated Oil has declared a dividened of 29 cents. Seaboard Qil has declared an extra dividend of 10 cents. Busibass Done: 1,840,000 shares,
