There was a large gathering of members of the staff of the Canadian Pacific Steamship Company at the Kam Ling Restaurant. West Point last night when the op portunity was taken to bid farewell to Mr. and Mrs. Allan Cameron and to welcome Mr. and Mrs. David Drummond, Mr. Leung Yuen Wo, Chinese passenger" agent for the Company and his wife were hosts for the. evening.
Owing to indisposition, Mrs. Cameron" was prevented from attending the function. The hall was tastefully de- corated for the occasion and the generosity of the hosts made the evening an entire success.
