Asia Landa, Limited, received has the following report form therr New York correspondente, E. A. Fierce & Co. Further weakness of Chrysler Motors spoiled a fair rally today. In view of all the bearishness expressed during the past week, we think that the failure of selling to spread generally through the list may possibly be of considerable significance and perhaps, we shall have to wait until Chrysler selling is over. In the meantime, we would not expect a serious general decline.

Wheat: A better feeling is developing owing to Washington advices. regarding the Wheat Code and the probability of less Government inter- ference with the grain exchanges

Cotton: Despite considerable selling, prices advanced to a new high Trade interests were the chief buyers due to realising and fondation cars to be strong technically, despite the advance.

Silver: The market opened, steady. It was said that failure of the firmness of the stock and grain markets to bring more support influenced further liquidation by disappointed long interests.
