The triangular.rowing contest on Saturday between the V.R.C., the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club" and the Canton Rowing Club held at a point between Lyemun Pass and Lion Rock proved to be extremely interesting. and in more ways than one was a pronounced success, There were several incidents which would have mar- red the day's sport had it not been so well organised, but as it was, the programme of interport events was car. ried through without a hitch and at the end of the day's rowing, Canton Rowing Club emerged victorious by scor ing two more points than the Yacht Club, while the V.R.C. finished third. The scores were 16-14-6 respec- ̈ tively. .
