One pound round steak, 1-2 pound veal, 1-2 pound pork, 1 1-2 cups bread crumbs, 7 slices break- fast bacon, 1-2 cup milk, 1 egg, cup tomato juice, 2 teaspoons salt, teaspoon pepper, 1 tea- spoon onion juice, 1 tablespoon minced parsley.
