Owing to absentees and other causes the committee found it dif ficult to maintain the same teams each week in the League, conse quently our position in both Lea- gues for seasons 1993 and 1933 La disappointing. The outlook for the coming season however is hopeful.
The Billiard Room, has proved a great success and is one of the most popular branches of the sports catered for in this Club. We recently entertained the. Lincoln- shire Regiment to a friendly chat- lenge match between eight mem- bera from each side. We were beaten but not disgraced.
With the coming of the cooler weather, it is intended to run, two Championship Tournaments, one Senior and one Junior.
