WHY SIAM DID NOT VOTE

In regard to Japan's political re- lations with Siam, Mr. Yatabe said that, it is a well-known fact that The Siamese delegate in the League Assembly did not exercise his vote when the resolution against Japan jon the Sino Japanese dispute was put to the vote. This cannot, how- ever, be readily be interpreted as a clear proof of Siamese positive. friendship for Japan. Although the East accounts for more than half of the world's population.
