SENATOR Pittman has announe. ed a six-point programme for the rehabilitation of silver, which he said all nations, with which the United States had "rg cently discussed the subject, are in agreement. The countries include Canada, Mexico Great Britain, Argentina and China.
The programme states:-- Firstly, the price of silver should be reasonably raised and substan-
