SPORTS SHIRTS

The New Polo style Shirt has become extremely popular on account of its sensible suitability for modem day sports. The short sleeve, neat neck and absence of annoying surplus "tuck-in" material ensure last- ing comfort and allow maximum activity and concentration all the time.

The faster the game, the hotter the day, the more you will ap- preciate the benefit of these sports shirts.

To visit an exh bition without first of all knowing something about it, and what you may expect to see, is liable to leave one in a maze. A great diversity of exhibits draw one this way and that, and one cannot see the wood for the trees.

2

The exhibits at the forthcoming British Empire Fair fall into

· certain definite sections, and betweep now and the opening of the exhibition we hope to give brief accounts of these sections. To-day we are describing some of the engineering and shipbuilding exhibita, staged by leading local firms.

In many cases the engineering section represents only part of what certain big firms are showing, and what appears to-day under the heading of some of our local hongs by no means represent the full extent of their support to the Fair,

Other lines will be described in due course. REISS, MASSEY
