Asia Landa, Kimited, has received the following report from their New

York correspondente, E. A. Pierce & Co. A reactionary trend today in" car-loading figures failed to have any stimulating effect. - We would watch long positions rather closely, withholding buying until the trend is defined. Wheat: Market active but became easier after reaching new highs, being affected by the report that France may go off the gold Standard this week. Cotton: There were alternate waves of long realisations and new buying. The outside demand was good. Eliver: Some foreign and bank selling was off-set by investment buying and the market closed with a good tone. Business Done: 2,050,000 shares.
