"N view of the fact that a number in the Colony within the last fow days, application has been inade to the Governor-in Council to bring the Muzzling Order (Regulation 11 of the Regulations made by the Governor-in- Council under section 3 of the Dogs Ordinance, 1987) into force forthwith. The public are therefore strongly advised to muzzle their dogs at once.

Police have received instructions to enforce the Regulations relating to the landing or removal of dogs to or From the Island of Hong Kong, also their removal from the Now Territo ries into any other part of the Colony and the landing of dogs on Stone cutters Island (Regulations 22, 22 and- 25.).
