London, Apr. 4.-A daily air service between Cardiff and Torquny and Teignmouth (Haldón aerodrome) will be inaugurated by the Great Western Railway Wednesday week, April 12.

This the first time any Eng- bish railway has exercised the powers to run air services, which were btained from Parliament in 1929.
