JAPANESE ARMY REFORM

BIG REORGANISATION FORESHADOWED

Tokyo, March 23-Army rear ganisation of an important and possibly significant nature is for shadowed by reports, appearing in the Japanese press, Japanese cavalry is at present organised on the basis of one regiment to each infantry division (of which it forms a definite component part), plus four independent cavalry bri gades, each composed of two giments.
