William J. Chanson of the Gov ernment Radio Office was summoned by Yam Po Wah for assault at Central Magistracy yesterday.
The complainant said that on March he was waiting for the lift when he was pushed by the defen- dant and struck in the face without any warning. He had previously been threatened by the defendant.
